Hours and Directions

This year our season begins on May 16th. Our regular open hours will be Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 4pm.  For those of you who would like to explore the gallery and Sculpture Trail at a different time please call us a couple days in advance at (413)-238-7755 to schedule your visit.

After October 26th we will be on our Fall and Winter schedule. The gallery and Sculpture Trail will then be open by appointment. Please call  (413)238-7755 or email us at andrew@andrewdevries.com to see the works for sale and Walk the Trail!

GPS and some other web map directions have led people in some very odd ways. Google Maps seems to be the best; however, I highly recommend that you print our directions to the right or please call us.  Cell phone reception can be spotty (or nonexistent) in the hilltowns. If you do get lost, find a clear signal and call us: (413)-238-7755.

Also be aware that the gallery and Sculpture Trail will be closed for 2 weeks starting October 31st  through November 14th to give Patricia and Andrew some much deserved R&R.

Directions from Lenox:

Directions from Lenox: (45 minutes) Take Route 7 going north. Turn right onto Holmes Road (just after the Mobile station) and travel just over 3 miles to the stoplight. Turn right at the stoplight onto Williams Street and travel 2 miles.

At the intersection  turn left onto Division Street. Travel 1.7 miles to the stop light. Go straight through this light and continue to the traffic light at Route 9/Route 8 (south) – turn right at this stoplight. Travel towards Dalton, at the next stoplight get in the right hand lane – go through this light, you will be on Main street in Dalton.

Stay straight through the next 2 traffic lights. At the Y intersection of Route 9/8 continue straight.  You will now be on Route 8 (south). Continue to Hinsdale and turn left at the traffic light onto Route 143. Travel east on 143 for approximately 8 miles (through Peru and past the Worthington town line sign). Turn right onto River Road and travel 3 miles to River Studio – it is on the left.

Directions from Lee:

Take Route 20 east continue to the Route 8 north intersection. Turn left onto Route 8 north and continue to Hinsdale. At the light in Hinsdale turn right onto Route 143. Continue driving for 8 miles. You will cross the Worthington town line and in 1 mile come to River Road. Turn right and continue for 3 miles, we are on the left.

Directions from South:

During the weekdays, there will  be major road construction on Route 143  from Windsor road to River Road at this time. 

Route 143 way will be passable on Saturdays and Sundays but expect construction traffic lights and lane closures.

Here are the updated directions:

Take Route 10 or Route 187 to Route 20, take Route 20 west to Huntington, turn right onto Route 112. Then turn left onto Bromley Road, there will be a steep right hand curve to stay on Bromley - Bromley ends at East River Road.

Turn right onto East River Road and continue for 7 miles to our gallery and studios.

Directions from Northampton:

During the weekdays, there will  be major road construction on Route 143  from Windsor road to River Road at this time. 

Route 143 way will be passable on Saturdays and Sundays but expect construction traffic lights and lane closures.

For weekend visits: take Route 9 West to Williamsburg, take Route 143 to Worthington Corners,  enter the rotary and go right to continue on Route 143, in 4.2 miles you will come to River Road, turn left onto River Road, we are 3 miles down, on the left.

During weekdays: Detours will be setup from East Windsor Rd to the middle of Peru, to bypass the area during the operation.  At the church in Peru turn left (heading west) and continue to River Road. You will cross the Worthington town line and in 1 mile come to River Road. Turn right and continue for 3 miles, we are on the left.

Directions from Pittsfield:

Take Route 9 east, Route 8 will join at Allendale shopping center, continue on Route 8 south until Hinsdale.

At the light turn left onto Route 143, go through Peru continue pass the Worthington town line, about a mile past the line is River Road, turn right onto River Road, we are 3 miles down on the left.

Directions from Williamstown:

Take Route 2 to North Adams, then take Route 8 south to Pittsfield. At the Allendale Shopping Center take a right hand turn at the light to stay on Rt 8 - continue to the light in Hinsdale.

At the light turn left onto Route 143, go through Peru continue pass the Worthington town line, about a mile past the line is River Road, turn right onto River Road, we are 3 miles down on the left.
