Small Sculptures

The small sculptures reflect a variety of moods. Some are dance sculptures, but others are more intuitively influenced, a sense of joy, or a moment spent pondering destiny. I have created some of these small sculptures as maquettes; studies for a larger sculpture, they tend to be more impressionistic. Other small sculptures encompass the careful detail of the larger works. They are the first instinct of creation – fluid form in the moment of becoming.
